Join the Rio Grande Agricultural Land Trust for our annual fundraising event! This year, in leu of our usual Harvest Dinner, we will celebrate the harvest with a traditional Barn Dance at Glen Duggins’ Cinco Estrella Chile Farm in Lemitar, New Mexico (590 NM Highway 408, Lemitar, NM 87823); a 500 acre family farm that produces New Mexico chile and hay.

We will begin the event with a tour through the chile fields and experience firsthand the intersection of conservation and agriculture. We’ll then meet in the barn for an old-fashioned barn dance with live music, dancing, local food, and a lively silent and live auction! Cash bar will be available for alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages provided.

3:00-5:00pm Tour of Cinco Estrella Farm, pony rides, silent auction opens
5:30-8:30pm RGALT Barn Dance; live music by local favorites The High Desert Playboys, delicious snacks and libations by R&B catering, live and silent auctions throughout the evening.

Our suggested support levels for this year’s fundraising event are below:

Farmall $500 | Two complimentary tickets.

Massey Ferguson $1000 | Four complimentary tickets, plus your name on our website.

Minneapolis-Moline $2500 | Eight complimentary tickets, plus your name or logo on our website and social media posts plus email newsletter.

John Deere $5000 or more | Ten complimentary tickets, plus your name or logo on our event flyer, event mailer, website, and included in RGALT social media posts and our email newsletter!
