The RGALT team would like to thank all of those who joined us in celebrating our 25th Anniversary Celebration and Annual Fundraiser. What a tremendous milestone for our organization!
As much as our event is a fundraiser, it is a “friendraiser”, an event that brings the community together to experience and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of our Rio Grande farmland, the open space and scenic vistas it provides in addition to food and fodder for us and wildlife. While we know most our guests, our event is an opportunity for you to meet each other. Many of you come from diverse backgrounds and have different reasons for supporting RGALT’s efforts to protect our precious land and water, yet when we come together as a community, we find we have much in common – our love of place and our culture so intrinsically tied to the land.
May we continue our work another 25 years, together with you, protecting our special place for future generations!
